Perhaps it’s the sophisticated keynote speaker with a staggering list of open source contributions. Or it might be that mad scientist polyglot obsessed with a dozen languages you’ve never heard of. But if these characters aren’t on your team when the new hire straight out of school joins up, who’s going to take the reins of training? You, of course…
