Welcome! Please feel free to nominate Ms. Kim and make up a great category (be nice, you!!!!)<\/p>\n<hr noshade \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.astarradesigns.com\/blog\/archives\/001576.html#001576\" target=\"offsite\">Maria has survived another round of layoffs at her job.<\/a> WOO HOO!!! A lot of friends recently haven&#8217;t been as fortunate.  Gee?  You think our economy is just a *little* fucked???  I was going to a comedy club tomorrow night, but I decided to watch the <b>State of the Union Address<\/b> on tv instead.<\/p>\n<p>Yes.  You may take that any way you want.<\/p>\n<hr noshade \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Boffo The Clown\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ericbrooks.com\/images\/posts\/boffo_judge_sm.gif\" width=\"100\" height=\"132\" border=\"0\" align=\"left\" \/>I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re ALL following the scandals going on here closely, and you&#8217;ll be happy to know we&#8217;ve reached a settlement with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ericbrooks.com\/anarchtica\/cgi-bin\/mt\/mt-comments.cgi?entry_id=342#002736\" target=\"_blank\">Ms. Bullock&#8217;s attorneys<\/a>.  Basically, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.undisturbed.org\/blog\/\" target=\"offsite\" title=\"Attorney to the Web Stars\">my attorney<\/a> explained that due to Boffo&#8217;s widely-publicized cocaine addiction and alcoholism&#8230; coupled with his distress that Geocities has closed down his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geocities.com\/boffotheclown\" target=\"offsite\">cartoon page<\/a> (there since 1998)&#8230; his lapses of judgement are somewhat excusable.
