Risky Toddler Photography - Stephen Crowley Uses Photoshop to Raise Awareness for Childhood Diseases (TrendHunter.com)
(TrendHunter.com) Stephen Crowley has found Internet fame after photoshopping his daughter Hannah into what he calls “marginally dangerous situations.” These include the 18-month-old holding a large kitchen knife, hanging over a staircase and climbing a ladder. The images were meant to be humorous, although Stephen Crowley told BuzzFeed News that some people have failed to get the joke. Crowley began snapping pictures of his young daughter after she recovered from a rare disease requiring both chemotherapy and a blood marrow transplant. He decided to have a bit of fun with his family and began using Photoshop to put Hannah in dangerous yet believable circumstances. Now that Stephen Crowley’s photos have gone viral he is using his Internet fame to ask people to donate stem cells and join the bone marrow registry.
