It Seems THOR: RAGARNOK Will See The Warriors Three Return To Fight The Good Fight After All
It is almost hard to imagine Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder in his third solo outing without his faithful Asgardian companions portrayed by Jaimie Alexander, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi and Tadanobu Asano by his side, but that seemed to be where Thor: Ragnarok was headed when those actors were excluded from the cast announcement back in May. However, fans of the Warriors Three can stop worrying because both Ray Stevenson and Tadanobu Asano, who play Volstagg the Voluminous and Hogun the Grim, respectively, have been spotted on the Gold Coast of Australia where Thor: Ragnarok is currently filming. Asano had revealed his whereabouts on his own Instagram yesterday, while Stevenson was included in a different post by user PunkturedTatto who had captioned the photo, “Look who just stopped by our Gold Coast studio to get some ink in between filming THOR.”…

David Ayer Says There Are Multiple Cuts Of SUICIDE SQUAD; Confirms Joker/Robin/Batman Fan-TheoryAhead of Empire's podcast with David Ayer, the mag has released some of the intriguing details of their chat. Obviously if you haven't seen the movie yet, massive SPOILERS follow. First off, The Suicide Squad director confirms that there are indeed "six or seven" versions (no R-rated one, however) of what he describes as his “anarchic punk rock art movie”. Apparently the version that made it into theaters is known as the "Dossier Cut" because it dispenses with showing us how the members of Task Force X arrived at Belle Reve, and instead has Amanda Waller presenting the backstories and origins through a series of montages…

As you can see below, a number of large sets are being constructed at Village Roadshow Studios, and they appear to be parts of Asgard (a sign perhaps that this movie will create that realm with less CGI)…

SUICIDE SQUAD Has Been Rated PG-13, But It Sounds Like It Will Push The BoundariesAs expected, Suicide Squad has been rated PG-13, something we've known was always going to be the plan. In fact, that was confirmed by producer Charles Roven last year when he said, "Our plan right now is to make all these films PG-13. In some cases, you know, right there on the edge of PG-13, but still PG-13." It seems like the story of Task Force X is going to be on that edge anyway, something evident from the information revealed in the Tweet below about why the MPAA have gone for PG-13.

After a lot of back-and-forth it looks like plans for a sequel to the 2013 Jaeger Vs. Kaiju sci-fi action flick, Pacific Rim, are officially under way. Guillermo del Toro has taken to Twitter to announce that Spartacus creator and showrunner for the first season of Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil, Steven S. DeKnight, will direct the follow-up. This marks DeKnight's first foray into feature directing, though he has worked on numerous TV projects as both as writer and director. Plot details for the Pacific Rim sequel are unknown at this point – though it's safe to assume the story will revolve around giant robots and sea monsters punching each other in the face a lot.
