The workflow starts with a Claude master prompt that helps create your script, identify characters, locations, and props, and write detailed design sheet prompts. Then, we use Nano Banana 2 inside Google Flow to generate reference images with a nostalgic 1990s cel-anime look: bold outlines, retro colors, and a hand-drawn aesthetic.

Next, I show you how to turn the script into scene-by-scene AI video prompts, attach subject references, and generate anime video clips. You’ll also see what happens when we split a longer scene into shorter clips—and where continuity starts to break.

Finally, I demonstrate Seedance 2.5 inside SJinn AI and compare the result with the Google Flow approach.
