President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. received his second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine in front of reporters on Monday. Mr. Biden took the first of his two scheduled doses of the vaccine last month.
House Democrats introduced an article of impeachment against President Trump for inciting a mob that attacked the Capitol last week. Republicans blocked a move to formally call on Vice President Mike Pence to strip him of power under the 25th Amendment.
