Adobe Now Owns Topaz

If you pay for Topaz and Creative Cloud, one company now gets both checks. Adobe closed its deal for Topaz Labs on September 23rd, for about $340 million according to its own quarterly filing. Topaz was already inside Photoshop, Firefly Boards and a free Premiere panel before the deal.
