I’m still pretty new to AI filmmaking, and the biggest surprise has been how much of the process still isn’t automated.

You would think AI would remove a lot of the mental load, but most of the time you’re still carrying the whole project in your head. The story, the characters, the style, the continuity, the shots, what each tool needs next. It can start to feel less like creating and more like constantly managing a bunch of often forgetful tools that keep messing up.

This video is about the first time that process started to feel a little different.

Towards the end, I’ll show you the tool I used to make it happen.
