A List Apart just released a new article “SMIL When You Play That”. A gentle introduction to Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language.

Does E-TV even get an honorable mention??!!??? NOOOOOOoooooooo…

I’m not bitter. Really.

The upside to RealVideo is that it compresses a video to an incredibly small size, easily streamed on the web. The downside is the images are kinda muddy…. kind of like listening to something you recorded on Memorex 10 years ago. hopefully that will change in time.

For those of you who couldn’t make out what my spoof of America Online looked like during the “sign-on” sequence, here are some stills:
