This is Part 2 of a full beginner series designed to help you stop guessing and start creating.

Creative AI isn’t the problem.

Low-effort creators are.

Right now, timelines are flooded with glossy, symmetrical, emotionally flat visuals people call “AI slop.” And yes, most of it looks fake. But not because AI can’t be cinematic.

It looks fake because it lacks taste.

In this video, I break down the three principles that separate cinematic AI from visual garbage:

• Cinematic Taste
• Photogenic Generative Intelligence
• Storytelling

AI can generate images.
AI can generate movement.
AI can generate spectacle.

But it cannot replace editorial judgment.

And that’s where professionals win.

If you’ve spent years learning pacing, shot psychology, composition, and storytelling, AI doesn’t erase your skill. It amplifies it. The difference isn’t better prompts. It’s better decisions.

In the next video (COMING SOON), we stop talking theory and build a cinematic AI commercial from scratch, then bring it into Premiere Pro, where the story actually gets decided.

No slop.
No gimmicks.
Just taste.

Subscribe if you want to see what cinematic AI actually looks like when it’s edited with purpose.
