Mortgage Centers- Finally finished Gresser Realty’s Mortgage Center. Now you can calculate your finances eight ways to Sunday with great CGI scripts by the phenomenal Hugh Chou (two years ago I got them by sending a $20.00 donation to “Ronald McDonald House” that’s all he wants.)
Another extra-special thanks to Dave & Sarah Torok whose photo in the Poconos from 1994 graces it’s first page. Dave is a programmer/developer with some cool stuff on his site…. I just saw on his site that he sold his place in Upstate New York to move to Philly.
There’s no connection between their moving here and my contacting him for permission to use the picture… HELL, I’M TRYING TO GET OUT OF HERE!!!!!

I kept it short and sweet… I’m so busy killing myself with various projects, I seriously considered calling it quits (again). I changed my mind and decided to give myself a massive pay raise. (Hey clients… expect something in the mail this week!)
I’m suffering the guilts! Ever see a picture so cool, you “involuntarily” right-click it? I think it’s time I gave credit where credit’s due, ’cause she’s been a great friend.

Besides, the Webby Awards, a skunk… Add that with Bonnie Burton and I blowing a shit fit that our sites were just overlooked (yet again) on a cool Yahoo Club together… It made perfect sense to me.

For the folks following the Yahooligans, The Hate Debate is no more…. I guess a lot of things were done and said that a lot of people wish they could undo… but you can’t in a discussion forum can you? Words you say are archived…. forever & ever. What could be seen as a brief moment of anger IRL, can become an eternal blanket statement always ready to be thrown in your face, and held against you.

Been super busy, cyberpals! Not to mention bad luck that has been dogging me since December is showing no signs of letting up.
The baby went haywire last week… telling me that I have no CD Rom or Zip drive (running the recovery disk wasn’t even an option!). After four days of crashing & freezing I rushed to meet deadlines and saved whatever I could….
It’s back to normal thanks to Andrew Ban of Motorific who showed me step by step what to do… It’s still glitchy and I can’t wait to get Win2K and say goodbye to Windows 98 forever…
Preliminary designs for Reis Homes has been done and I’m meeting with the Gresser folks tomorrow about it and the prospect of Internet Broadcasting…

I redid the “Romance” section of the Card Shop for the holiday that started it all…Valentine’s Day.
Still dizzy from all the hard work at Gold Machinery.com, and now working hard to revamp the Gresser Realty site, and set up preliminary layouts for my new clients for website #33…
I still say there’s always time for romance….
I also took the time to fix The Guestbook From Heaven, as someone was kind enough to point out that it went down over a month ago….
Back to other people’s sites…hope you and that someone special have a great one tomorrow….
Why does this always have to happen on a major holiday weekend? Apparently there is a problem with the server’s SendMail program.
Why should you care? – If you send out a Valentine Card from this site, they may not get it until late tomorrow…or six months from now…this also applies to any of my QuikForms, confirmation from my Guestbooks…and any of my other cgi-driven programs that require mail to be sent out. The stuff works, just all of the mail will sit in the queue…until it’s fixed.
So Please, I don’t want to be the cause of a break up….keep checking here for updates to see if the mail is running again.
