Not a bad week…

I’m half way through all the registration modules, and the Pennsylvania Music Awards got an endorsement FROM State Representative Kelly Lewis.

birthdayboykai.jpgOh, and btw, today is Johnny Kai’s birthday. If I haven’t mentioned it lately, he’s not only one of the headlining entertainers at Tamiment, he’s also the mastermind behind the PA and Hawaiian Music awards…

You know what would probably make that old coot’s day?
Making a donation to the Music Foundation of Pennsylvania… just a little piddly $5.00 donation FROM everyone could really add up and make a difference.
(Or you can go to the site and hit the “Make Donation” button on the left-hand side.)

The mission of the Music Foundation is twofold:

  1. To promote excellence in music and give struggling bands a break.
  2. Promote music in the schools with grants, and scholarships for students.

How can you say “no” to that?
If you can’t make a donation, can I ask you to at least spread the word?
