You know…
It’s not that I MEAN to pick on the adorable & nefarious Batgrl this weekend, but this one just fell INTO my lap!
While we all feel the sorrow of the “Mysterious One” with her sad story of the death of the Legendary Pancake Bunny…
I counter it with this…
“Woman kept at bay by ferocious rabbits”
I just had to fix the archives of this story by request of about 175 online readers. Some programming error happened and the story didn’t print.
I really gotta read my own paper more often.
Ok, now can that really be for real? Are people really afraid of rabbits? *snort*
That pancake bunny entry over at Batty’s is just great, I love it!
And who’s afraid of rabbits? Must be farmers, they often have salad and such and as we know, wild rabbits are crazy about stuff like that.
Clearly, this babe saw Night of the Lepus one too many times as a child …
As for the nitwit, with the skunk … words fail me!
Funny… ever since I leave my cat in the backyard, we never seem to have a problem with little critters.
That slideshow is just the best! :o)
Uh huh! Truth is stranger than fiction!! :op
The link to the ferocious bunnies gave me flashbacks to Monty Python. Currently playing in my head: “Brave Sir Robin ran away. He’s running away. He’s running away…!”
April!! I thought of the same thing!!
Heh heh… that was the best scene in “Monty Python & the Holy Grail”! I SO have to rent that movie and see it again.
haha!! Night of the Lepus – wasn’t Dr. “Bones” McCoy in that movie? hahaha. I saw Deforest Kelly in person once. (Yeah, I’ve seen all 3 original Star Trek stars in person at, yes, Star Trek conventions. haha.)
I posted a link to that bunny story on nepablog.com
I wish I’d seen it sooner!
